These terms apply to your use of dihat.inand to every order you place with Dihat (“Dihat”, “we”, “us”), Plot No 50, behind C21 Mall, Commercial, Scheme 54 PU4, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452010, India.

By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Honey is a natural product, so colour, thickness and taste can vary slightly from batch to batch and season to season, and honey may crystallise over time. These are natural characteristics, not defects. Product images are for illustration.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Prices and offers may change without notice, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.

Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your full card details. Cash on Delivery is offered on eligible orders.

An order is confirmed once payment succeeds (or, for Cash on Delivery, once we accept it). We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud or misuse.

Online orders are limited to 10 units per product. For larger quantities, please contact us.

Delivery, cancellations, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping & returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Coupons and offers are subject to their own conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time. Only one coupon can be used per order unless stated otherwise.

You agree not to misuse the website — for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the service, or placing orders with false details. All content on this site, including the Dihat name, logo, images and text, belongs to Dihat and may not be copied without our written permission.

Information on this website is general and is not medical advice. Honey should not be given to infants under 12 months. If you have diabetes, allergies or other health conditions, please consult a doctor before use.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
