Shipping & returns

Standard delivery is ₹99 per order anywhere we deliver in India. Orders above ₹1,500 ship free.

The delivery charge, if any, is shown in your cart before you pay.

• Orders are usually dispatched within 4–5 working days.
• Delivery normally takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• Remote areas, public holidays and peak seasons can take a little longer.

We deliver to most pin codes in India. Enter your pin code at checkout to confirm delivery and Cash on Delivery availability.

You can see your orders and their status on My orders by signing in with the email or phone number used at checkout. You can also call us on +91 92328 30133 with your order number.

Cash on Delivery is available on orders up to ₹5,000 for serviceable pin codes. Please keep the exact amount ready. Refusing a COD parcel without reason may stop COD being offered on future orders.

We pack every glass jar with care, but if your parcel arrives damaged, a jar is leaking, or you received the wrong item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Share your order number and clear photos of the parcel and the product.
• Keep the product and packaging until the issue is resolved.

Once verified, we’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund for the affected items, at no cost to you.

Honey is a food product, so for hygiene and safety reasons we can’t accept returns of opened or used jars, or returns for a change of mind.

Unopened products with a genuine problem can be reported within 7 days of delivery and we’ll review each case individually.

You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched by calling +91 92328 30133. Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full. Once dispatched, an order can’t be cancelled.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we refund to a bank account or UPI ID you share with us.
